Eunoia

Greek · εὔνοια · pronounced yoo-NOY-ah

Eunoia is a Greek word meaning “beautiful thinking,” “well mind,” or “goodwill.” It describes a state of mind that is calm, kind, and thoughtfully directed toward others.

In classical rhetoric, eunoia is the sense that a speaker genuinely has the audience’s best interests at heart—the trust that makes communication feel honest rather than performative.

For ARC, the name is a north star: clarity over noise, intention over trend, and work that respects both the people who make brands and the people who encounter them.
